IRD offers high strength pneumatic road tube for vehicle axle detection and a wide variety of road accessories for all of your traffic counting needs.
RoadRAMP is a portable axle sensing system with a separate road tube sensor for each individual lane. Each unit will accurately distinguish traffic movements in each of up to 3 individual lanes, simultaneously, using road tube and existing air switch counter/classifiers.
RoadRAMP Rural™ axle sensors are a practical, cost-effective solution for temporary installations on rural, gravel and dirt roads.
Temporary loops are secured to the road surface with adhesive tape. We also have pre-assembled quick stick loops for fast, easy temporary installation.
