To install the Road Reporter update, download the zip file. Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location and copy the extracted files to the Road Reporter installation directory.

Important Notes:

Road Reporter version 3.0.0 or higher must be used with any TRS which has the new version of CPU board (has USB ports on face plate). Using older versions of Road Reporter with the new version of CPU board may cause corruption of configuration parameters. For customers with TRS units which have the older CPU boards, Road Reporter version 3.0.0 and higher is backwards compatible.
Users must have Road Reporter Version 2.0.0 or higher already installed in order to use the above updates. Please call (815) 675-1430 to receive an update for versions prior to 2.0.0.
Please remember to backup your software before installing any update.
