IRD Facilities Management
A Facilities Management Partnership is a business arrangement between IRD and a customer involving innovative deployment and financing strategies for a predetermined term. It offers the opportunity for immediate installation and deployment of an IRD ITS System and reduces a customer's risk, without the usual initial capital cost.
With a Facilities Management Partnership, the client operates the facility while IRD finances a portion of the project, which could include design, supply, integration and installation. Further, throughout the term of the agreement, IRD is responsible for all maintenance and upgrades of the system, and will provide periodic refresher training courses for the operators; all for a monthly fee.
The Partnership is based on an end-product, performance-based contract designed to significantly reduce customer risk of technology obsolescence, system maintenance and service, as well as ongoing performance.
