Dr. Arthur Bergan is founder of the Company and Chairman of the Board since 1986. Dr. Bergan holds a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering and is Professor Emeritus at the University of Saskatchewan. He was inducted into the Saskatchewan Transportation Hall of Fame and received an Award of Achievement from the National Transportation Industry. |

He is a member of various ITS organizations including ITS America, International Roads Federation, International Traffic Engineers, Transportation Research Board and Transportation Association of Canada. |

Mr. Harvey Alton is the founder and principal of Alton Management Services Inc. providing engineering and management consulting services. Previously he was principal consultant with Stantec engineering, Deputy Minister of Transportation and Utilities for the Province of Alberta, Canada and Board Member for International Roads Federation. Mr. Alton is an honorary life time member of the Transportation Association of Canada. |

Mr. Ray Harris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Saskatchewan, Alberta and Ontario. He has held management positions in Deloitte Haskins & Sells and numerous positions on Boards including governance positions for Deloitte & Touche, Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Associated Accounting Firms International and Bank of China. He was Vice President and Director of the Canadian Academic Accounting Association, and President & CEO of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. |

Dr. C. Michael Walton has a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Transportation and currently holds the Ernest H. Cockrell Centennial Chair in Engineering, the University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the ITS American Board of Directors and Past Chairman. Mr. Walton has received numerous honours and awards including the 2000 George S. Bartlett Award from the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, Transportation Research Board, and the American Road and Transportation Builders Association and is a member of the board. |

Ms. Janice MacKinnon has held many positions within the Saskatchewan Government including Minister of Finance and Minister of Economic and Co-operative Development. Ms. MacKinnon has held various board and member positions including Saskatchewan Transportation Company and Crown Investments Corporation. She is a Professor of Public Policy at the University of Saskatchewan and was recently appointed to the National Public Policy Think-Tank Board; The Institute for Research on Public Policy. She has authored three books including "Minding the public Purse: The Fiscal Crisis, Politic Trade-offs and Canada's Future" in 2003. |
